Description: TAFE NSW is offering a short course in Nail Technology that will give you the experience and confidence that you need to apply for the job you would like or gain experience in a career that you are interested in. In this course you will learn he knowledge and skills to apply nail art and acrylic and gel nail enhancements. This skill set will also give you 5 units that may go towards further study in the Beauty industry. 
Entry requirements: All participants enrolling in to this course will require a Unique Student Identifier (USI) - www. usi.gov.au 
Learning pathways: This skill set can lead in to further study in other Hairdressing and Beauty Services Training Packages

About: This hands-on short course provides the student with the knowledge and skills to apply nail art and acrylic and gel nail enhancements. It includes five units from the Certificate III in Nail Technology.
The skill set is designed for those already working in the industry and also excellent for entry level beginners.

This course will run for 10 weeks including one night per week (Tuesday) from 27 June to 12 September 4.30pm to 8.30pm. Location: TAFE NSW, Moruya, Block: A Floor: First Room: 20. Participants are required to wear enclosed shoes, clean and professional clothing. Your teacher will discuss industry appropriate clothing in the first training session. There is a specific student nail kit which will cost approximately $300 and should be purchased after enrolment.

This is Fully Government Subsidised training. To be eligible you must be:
- aged 15 years or older
- live or work in New South Wales
- have left school
- are an Australian citizen, permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen
