Description: This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of junior administrative positions who perform a range of mainly routine tasks using limited practical skills and fundamental operational knowledge in a defined context. About: You will need to bring pen, paper, USB and a 2-ring folder to class. You will receive the textbook list at your first class and you will be able to purchase the necessary textbooks through the ITSA Online Bookshop. Indicative cost of textbooks is $100. You will need to access Microsoft Office software outside class time.

Your learning commitment for this qualification is a minimum of 300 supervised hours. This includes approximately 102 of face to face training. You will need to allocate the remaining hours to engage in a range of activities to support your learning which may include;

• Independent study
• Work placement or simulated workplace activities
• Research and projects
• Preparation of assessment tasks
• Field/industry visits
• Tutorials
• Learning support

This is a Certificate II level course. Individuals undertaking this course will be required to undertake one or more of the activities listed above.
