Description: This course is intended to provide participants with the following general education outcomes:
- Year 12 equivalent qualification
- Tertiary Entrance Score (TES) for those seeking entry to university
- entry to further study at diploma level and above in the Vocational Education and Training sector
- entry to careers requiring a year 12 equivalent qualification, including Australian Defence Force
- research and high level written skills
- critical thinking and academic learning skills
- the ability to engage with and use a range of technologies
- preparation for further study in science, technology, engineering and maths vocational areas. 
Entry requirements: Certificate II or equivalent skills and knowledge 
Learning pathways: There are no formalised articulation arrangements in place for this qualification. 
Career opportunities: This course may lead to a career in the Australian Defence Forces or employment requiring a Year 12 equivalent qualification.

This is a full time face to face course. You will need to attend approximately 17 hours of class, over 2 days a week, for 36 weeks.

You may also be required to complete approximately 9 hours of additional study each week outside of class hours, including private study, research and assignment preparation.
