Description: This course provides the skills and knowledge to perform Rigging at a basic level 
Entry requirements: To be eligible for this course you must have successfully completed the pre-requisite unit CPCCLDG3001A - Licence to perform dogging.
SafeWork NSW require all applicants undertaking this training to be a minimum of 18yrs of age.

Scheduled attendance: Training will be conducted over 4 days at TAFE NSW Wollongong at 8:00am to 4:30pm, from Monday 11 November to Friday 15 November 2019. There will also be 1 day for a SafeWork NSW assessment on either Monday 18 or Tuesday 19 November 2019.

About: It’s all happening at TAFE NSW InfoFest, 24 – 28 June 2019.

At InfoFest you can attend information sessions to hear from teachers about specific course content and delivery, and have all of your questions answered. You’ll also get the opportunity to tour the campus and view our state-of-the-art facilities, guided by friendly and informative staff, happy to assist you with course information, help with your enrolment, or provide you with great career advice.

This course is for people who wish to gain a (WorkCover) SafeWork High Risk Licence in Rigging.

PRE-REQUISITE - To be eligible for this course you must have successfully completed the pre-requisite unit CPCCLDG3001A - Licence to perform dogging.

You must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
You must understand and speak the English language at a level that enables the safe performance on a construction site.
You must provide 100 points of identification at the start of the class including (1) form of current photo identification. A list of approved ID can be found on the SafeWork NSW website, www.safework.nsw.gov.au. You will be unable to remain in the class if you cannot provide the required identification.

Please meet the trainer in the foyer of J Block 10 minutes prior to the commencement of training.

Wear comfortable, practical clothing, safety boots and hard hat. Bring pen, paper and a calculator.

Fee explanatory text: This training is not subsidised by Government funding. There are no fee exemptions, concessions or subsidies available for this course.

Where Fee for Service is being sponsored by an employer or third party organisation an official purchase order or contract arrangement must be in place to activate the student’s enrolment.

Payment of course fee must be made PRIOR to commencement of learning activity.
