Description: Successful completion of this Statement of Attainment demonstrates the participant has achieved competencies in erecting, altering and dismantling scaffold at a basic level. 
Entry requirements: Licence units require the applicant to be over 18 years of age.

About: Please meet the trainer in the foyer of J Block 10 minutes prior to the commencement of training.

This course is for people who wish to gain a (WorkCover) SafeWork High Risk Licence in Scaffold - Basic level. The course includes 5 days training and 1 day of (WorkCover) SafeWork assessments comprising of both theory and practical.

Wear comfortable, practical clothing, safety boots and hard hat. Bring a pen, paper and a calculator.
You will need to be a minimum of 18 years of age.
You will need to understand and speak the English language at a level that enables the safe performance on a construction site.

Evidence of Identity (EOI) Policy:
Participants are required to provide a minimum of 100 points original evidence of identity documents. Assessment is unable to commence until the evidence of identity documents have been sighted and recorded by the assessor. The combination of documents presented to the assessor must include your date of birth, current NSW residential address, photograph and signature. Examples include:

Australian Birth Certificate: 70 pts Passport: 70pts Australian Citizenship Certificate: 70pts Current Australian Drivers Licence: 40pts Current Centrelink Card: 25pts Property Rates Notice: 25pts Current Medicare Card: 25 pts Current Motor Vehicle Registration Papers: 25pts Credit/Savings Card/Bank Statement: 25pts

Fee explanatory text: This training is not subsidised by Government funding. There are no fee exemptions, concessions or subsidies available for this course.

Where Fee for Service is being sponsored by an employer or third party organisation an official purchase order or contract arrangement must be in place to activate the student’s enrolment.

Payment of course fee must be made PRIOR to commencement of learning activity.
