Description: This qualification describes the skills and knowledge of a bakers assistant working in a commercial baking environment.

All work must be carried out to comply with workplace procedures, in accordance with State/Territory food safety, and work health and safety, regulations and legislation that apply to the workplace.

**STUDY COMMITMENT**
This is a Part Time Face to Face course. You will need to attend approximately 7 hours of class, over 1 day a week, for 36 weeks. As well as the in-class component, you will need to complete approximately 12 hours of other study per week.

You may also be required to complete approximately 1 hour of additional study each week outside of class hours, including (independent study, research, practice and assignments).

Activate your student portal account which allows you to check your results, see fees and payments, and download your timetable.

To activate your account, go to https://my.tafensw.edu.au and login with your username and password, which was created as part of the online enrolment process and/or included on your receipt. Call us on 131 601 if you need it to be reset.

Once logged in, change your password and create 3 secret questions and answers.
