About: This course is for those students who are looking at a career in front-of-house positions within the tourism and hospitality industry. Students will learn the skills and knowledge to perform restaurant preparation and service, bar operations, espresso coffee, and customer service. Students will complete the mandatory units required by Liquor and Gaming NSW if working on licenced prermises including; Provide responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and Provide responsible gambling services (RCG). Learners must be 18 years and over if undertaking units where liquor service is a learning outcome. Learners who are under 18 years of age may complete other suitable units.

Students will be required to wear black pants or skirt, black apron, black long sleeved shirt, black leather shoes.
