You will be required to complete a number of units online. There will be support sessions timetabled each week to assist with the use of these resources.

Location: TAFE NSW Wollongong, Building V, Level Ground, Twenty Twenty Restaurant.
This is a fulltime blended course. You will need to attend approximately 24 hours of class, over 4 days a week, for 18 weeks. As well as the in-class component, you will need to complete approximately 6 hours of other study per week.
You may also be required to complete approximately 12 hours of additional study each week outside of class hours, including private study, review of learning, assessment preparation and digital support workshops (1hr/week).

This course offering is designed for:
- The role of skilled operators who use a broad range of tourism or travel skills and sound knowledge of industry operations to coordinate travel or tourism services. They operate independently or with limited guidance from others and use discretion to solve non-routine problems. Many people have supervisory responsibilities and plan, monitor and evaluate the work of team members.
